Under the farm is a labyrinth of tunnels which consists of small passages and big ritual rooms. The enemys themselfes are only armed with revolvers and shotguns but may have demonic support. How do you supply your expedition?

A Lewis gun seems like a good tool for de-culting the farmstead.

Assuming we have to actually enter the dungeon: Cut down Remington Model 8 police model with shiortened barrels and cuts style compensators, mag fed tommy guns (dat drum rattle), cut down BARs, frags, flamethrowers. Due to poor ballistic performance of ball .45 ACP ammo and the lack of reliably feeding soft point in autos we will go with a large frame revolver S&W M1917.

I think the real problem is that even if you pump a lot of this shit in the tunnels somebody still got to control later if everybody is dead down there. What is described here has some similarities to lovecrafts "the case of Charles Dexter Ward", I guess most people assumed that the demonic support is like in the book.
I like the idea of riding in with trucks, with quad-gun Maxim/Lewis/M1919 swivels and massive fluorescent beam lights.
Quickly burn surface of farm to the ground, destroy any possible ambush areas.
Set up farm trucks ~50ft away from any man-sized exits, and wait.
Get massive microphones/speakers and blast deafeningly loud sermons from priests in the back of the trucks.
If baiting is necessary, roll timed mustard gas as far as you can into tunnels and get everyone to wear pic related.
Though multiple 4x 30cal gun emplacements should be enough, everyone carrying either M1921s, Flamethrowers, or Lugers with snail mags and stocks would be pretty cool
Of course, all ammo is blessed and silver with crosses and all that gay shit.
After the big goys come out, work your way through with your buddies with sawed offs, 1919s, and 1921s while being followed by the priests constantly delivering sermons. Stop every 25 feet or corner to throw another canister of mustard gas, illumination/flares, and primative flashbangs while collecting any relics to sell.

Also, I'd consider mining the area around the exit. The only way out is a fifty foot road that's not clearly marked.
I'll have a man or two ready with thompsons (maybe BARs for good measure; they'll be good to kill shit dead but can flee if necessary) and the plunger to seal the place.
Also, added to the mix, at least one person is carrying, as an extra item alongside their primary firearm, a musket modified to launch .97 caliber iron Flechettes dipped in poison with crosses etched in the sides.
All men will have a flashlight and an oil burning lamp.
Everything else people normally carry in combat applies to these guidelines (medical supplies, a means of communicating, and a rope leading to the entrance, water, and a small ration)
That should be good for now.
Three vehicles, three teams
Each group of three has a BAR, and two tommy guns.
Each group positions their vehicles at points on the farm that allow maximum headlight cover of all entrances to farm/tunnels.
Each group has a spotter with a big light that can be moved on foot.
Each group has some dynamite and fuel to start/maintain a fire.
BAR is overwatch, one guy holds light as other places dynamite on building.
All three groups move in at same time to place dynamite to bring down the farmhouse.
After the structure has collapsed or is weakened, it is set on fire.
All three groups return to their arch of fire and wait for cult members to come out of tunnels, at which point the BAR cuts them down with cover from tommy guns.
Going into the tunnels is a big no-no, you wait them out, smoke them out, cut them off at their escape point and gun them down from a secure position that doesn't expose you or the others to risk.

M1918 Machinegun on tripod mount, One gunner armed with a 1911 and Assistant gunner armed with a Thompson. We'll have 2 of these teams set up with enfilading fire on the farmhouse from one extreme right position, and one extreme left position so the beaten zones from the MGs can be most effective.
3 men armed with Thompsons and grenades.
2 with Winchester model 1897 trench guns and grenades.
Then basically just use the cover of the MGs to approach the farmhouse from the center. If any spooky demon stuff happens they're shit outta luck though.

As I understand it, the Model 8 is basically a slightly modified Auto-5.
Auto-5s were historically cut down regularly.
As far as I know, all it would really take is to cut down the recoil spring as well to allow it to cycle.
Obviously there's going to either be a lot of trial and error or just weakening the spring to the point where the gun is battering itself apart (the latter seems more likely).
Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the recoil spring housed in the barrel shroud in the Model 8, whereas the recoil spring was housed in the foregrip in the Auto-5?

The reason for going in the tunnels would presumably be because it's not enough to simply bury the relics, they need to be exorcised and destroyed by a priest. Otherwise I'd flood the tunnels with coal gas and drop in a road flare when the canary at the top finally died.

In this scenario we're mercenaries so no, I wouldn't care about their religious freedoms. It's not even about the dosh, really, we all know that "contractors" before the early 2000's made almost no money after expenses and were solely in it just because they wanted to be cool, liked to fight, or were just crazy as all hell.
In a normal scenario... maybe. It's probably as close to pure evil as it gets, and there's a real threat to the well being of people in the surrounding areas, possibly even humanity as a whole. These aren't pagans worshiping Odin or whatever tree God they pray to, these are people trying to call forth eldritch horrors that are as old as time itself. Any tunnel system worth it's salt can be blocked off and has multiple airways and escape routes. If the farmhouse has a tunnel system under it and it hasn't collapsed under it's own weight these guys know what they are doing or have some hoodoo helping them out.
