This is a supposedly a photo of the first group of Russian sappers who arrived today in Palmyra. I've never seen Russians issuing a full suite of tan gear before. Can anyone elaborate?

Ruskies just steal whatever camo they like and change the colors a little bit or not even that in case of M05/jagel and M84/tochka.
