Need help figuring out what's going on here.
These came in at 10 pm EST at Bryans Road Maryland, approx 4 miles outside the Indian Head naval station.
Large convoy of EMS, fire, state, county, and base police accompanied these trucks.
They promptly pulled into the food lion, then set back down the highway.
There was no effort to cordon the area or enact secrecy, but the truck's look wierd.
There were also a number of what looked like low security prisioner transport buses, similar to the correctional department ones.

OP, are you near any large departments or any specialized vehicle manufacturing sites? Those are blank, it may just be that they are convoying them for delivery. While traveling past the Braun factory I would see convoys of new vehicles going out for delivery.
