Noguns here, sad story why i have no funs, sister is paranoid schizophrenic and protective services made us suicide proof our house in order to keep custody of her. Suicide proofing a house required some super strict requirements like keeping all knives out of reach, medication out of reach, and anything she could hang herself with locked down. After passing the test she tried hanging herself with a power cord and that caused even stricter inspections. I went to buy a gun cause i had fond memories of shooting but my background check came back negative because i was in a house marked suicide proof. So im still noguns but i lurk here for hours on end a day learning some neat stuff and getting some insight on what im going to get when i move out which will hopefully be in june

From the age of 14 to now 21, I browsed this board. 4 years I browsed this board and never touched a gun. Shit, my parents wouldn't even let me have firearms magazines like RECOIL, and let me watch movies that were about war.
Up until I turned 15, my parents would scramble to cover my eyes if a gun, violence, or sex came on the screen when watching TV.

Nogunz britain here, If I wanted to I could get a shotgun or firearm licence, and that would allow me to get a shotgun, or a rifle, or a revolver with a barrel length of over 300mm (comically large, joker sized pistol) if i make sure i use it for hunting or shooting clubs, but the rules are so strict that the police actually make sure you use your gun rather than just keeping it in your house, so i'm probably going to move to america, mostly for guns, also because you guys seem pretty fucking excited about stuff, moreso than brits anyway, it's so fucking depressing how little of a shit everyone gives about everything here, politeness rules everyone's lives like an ogre sitting on your back.
