It's a Polish Beryl lower handguard. I found it online (can't remember where) like three years ago. It's a little heavy for a lower handguard because of the thicker heat-shielding. Also it's pretty smooth so it's slick but I like it.

PS: German G36 pouches also fit Sig mags, whereas AR15 pouches often don't really work well due to the mag coupling nipples on the mags.
