There was a run of airsoft guns made back in 2004 or so that had the correct grips.... it was a small shop, they only made something like 50 or 200 units.... The mad scientist had them on pre order (he is a HUGE bebop fan) so thats how this came to be.
We have been toying with the idea of making some molds once we have it fully fit.

A bit harder to rack than a hi power.... the hi power really is easier to manipulate... BUT once its chambered it is a great piece.... Hard to top a hi power though.... hi power is classy as fuck

Haha I wish, I fancy the unique/old guns and that I like Cowboy Bebop is a plus. I have an old Canadian officers hi-power and that's my only 9mm. I figured I could go with Glock, M&P, Ruger, etc. for a carry piece and they all make fantastic choices no doubt, but not everyone has a Jericho. And they look cool to me and theres no real glaring flaw with the 941 other than being slightly bigger/heavier than other choices so I figure why not?

seriously though, the jericho does need a bit of a tuning to run with the ammo you want.
It prefers a round nose 9mm in +p+ and the recoil springs and mating surfaces need to be tuned for ipsec quality performance.
Oh and it needs a trigger job out of the box... but once its stoned it can be really really good.

the lanyard ring hole is not in the spike gun.... so you would have to weld it up and refinish to have it be right... .and this would be a diffuclt finish to replicate exactly..... I suppose the grips would cover it.... but it wouldn't be right and it would bug the hell out of anyone who geeks out like I do.

I bought it because of Bebop, but it has become one of my favorite guns due to it's accuracy and ergonomics.

Yours definitely had more finish wear than mine, but mine looks like a drunken armorer/retard conscript hammered the slide stop out with a sharp rock.
I've been thinking about sending it to WMD Guns and having it nitrided. I really like that kind of finish, but it's a bit spendy.
