>Idaho signs constitutional carry into law
>West Virginia gets it in less than 90 days
>4 states of freedom is now 6 states

Any chance we'll be seeing number 7 soon?
>>
OP here. Sorry everyone, I'm retarded, I somehow missed Kansas and Maine joining the ranks, which means these two latest states bring us up to *8* freedom-loving constitutional-carry states.

2 more and we'll be at 20% of the country.
>>
Ohio currently has it in committee. We'll know soon enough if it's going to be on the governor's desk.
>>
>>29416628
Oklahoma had a bill in the works for it, but I haven't heard anything on it in forever.

The piers Morgan bill
>>
>>29416890
That'd be exciting.
>>
>>29416890
Will he sign it if it gets to him?

>not that it necessarily matters, West Virginia said "fuck your veto" with their bill
>>
>>29416920
He signed the bill that eliminated our magazine capacity law and made mandatory CLEO sign off for NFA items (before 41P was a thing).

He'll sign it.
>>
>>29416950
Excellent.

Again.

South Carolina had a constitutional carry bill but the committee killed it last week.

Michiganfag here, hope it works out for you guys, and that the influence spills over to the north

when trump gets elected we won't have to worry about it anymore
>>
>>29417132
He doesn't want to make it all constitutional carry, he just wants national reciprocity, which is a good thing, but not enough.
>>
>>29417227
So if you list your state of residence as one of any of those that allows constitutional carry, you could carry nationwide without a license?
>>
>>29417041
>>29417023
How in the heck does either of your states not have this pass into law easy as can be?
>>
>>29417245
No. How did you get that frm what he wrote?

Reciprocity means a LICENSE will be considered valid in any state if it is valid in one.

God here's hoping.
>>
>>29417268
Right, and the 2nd Amendment IS your license in 8 states, so...
>>
"Constitutional carry" is such a retarded idea. The point of the Bill of Rights is that it prevents governments from making laws that infringe on freedoms. If a state doesn't want to infringe on freedoms, it just needs to not pass any shitty laws. Passing a pointless law and calling it "constitutional carry" is just political grandstanding.
>>
>>29417313
What they're doing by passing it is repealing the previous law saying you had to have a license. Removing the bad laws from the books. Duh.
>>
>>29417313
But the Bill of Rights isn't being upheld, at least not by the feds. Constitutional carry is a useful stopgap until such time as the various federal weapon laws are repealed and the people responsible for them are made to pay. Prison time would be idea, but I'd settle for public apologies.
>>
>>29417354
>the people responsible for them are made to pay. Prison time would be idea, but I'd settle for public apologies.
I think a lot of these people are already dead by natural causes, anon.
>>
>>29417399
Obviously I'm referring to the ones still alive. Diane Feinstein springs to mind.
>>
>nevada
>constitutional carry never
we have open carry but not concealed without license and it's fucking stupid

>>
>>29417311
You raise a good point. So how would this work if you live in those states, if we had national reciprocity? Carry on, business as usual? Just a driver's license as proof?
>>
>>29417525
Too bad she's a coke-fiend slut. And old, now.
>>
>>29417125
Maybe one day you guys will also get rid of that handgun registry.

That'd be super nice. I would even considering moving to the UP.
>>
Didn't Colorado just pass constitutional carry in the state House?

Texas should be joining those ranks in 98 to 132 years.

>Fuck this otherwise great state and Whataburger
>>
>>29419086

>Not liking Whataburger

Serious question, in what parts of Texas are you going? The ones in spic-infested border areas suck almighty burro dick but the ones that have sensible white cooks who wash their hands are God-tier.

The one here in Del Rio is garbage just like the people in it but the one I went to in Dallas for college was awesome.
>>

>Whataburger
>Corpus Christi

It's a company built on Spics and moral decay, no matter where it is placed at. Fuck the Dobsons.
>>
>>29418617
Last ive heard of it is it got pass committee but that was at the end of January.
>>
>>29419201
and just found an article saying it did pass the Senate at the end of Febuary
>>
>>29419086
Don't forget DQ: That's what I like about Texas!™

I really do fear Texas will be among the last to enact any such law.
>>
>>29418617
Hello new reaction image
>>
>>29419234
Apparently they tried in 2011 and 2015 to pass it as well, so I wouldn't get TOO hopeful.
>>

HJR 1009? Looks like it made it through the Oklahoma House and last report (six days ago) has it in the Senate
>66 ayes vs. 7 nays in the House
Great now I'm torn between getting an upgrade to my computer and a carry piece on my tax return.

We got it last Sept. Love being from Maine!

We have no special state gun restrictions.

Permitted:
CC without a permit
CC Permit reciprocity with 27 states
Shall Issue State
All NFA items allowed
Chief LE MUST sign off on NFA forums by law
Can hunt with suppressors
No weapon type or mag restriction
We can even have Auto knifes

Article I, § 16 of the Maine Constitution:
"Every citizen has a right to keep and bear arms and this right shall never be questioned."
>>
>>29419706
You need the LE Chief to sign off if you want to start a forum about NFA stuff? What about if you want to go on 4chan and talk about it there?
>>
>>29419398
Oh fuck yes. About time

Last I heard of it, it was just sitting around. Think it'll pass?
>>
>>29419742
I am sure you know what when you file for your NFA items when not using a trust your CLE has to sign off on the paperwork before you can file. We had a problem with Lib CLE's holding the paper work indefinitely without cause. So we passed a law saying if a person is not restricted from owning a firearm the CLE must sign off within 30 days.

Same with CCW Permits. 30 days must issue. It is unlawful for them to ask for a reason as to why you want the permit.
>>
>>29419742
Auto complete got to love it
>>
>>29416893
I'm in OK. We're probably gonna get constitutional Open carry. Just needs to get past the Senate.

I can join special elite group?
>>
>>29419820
Took you a while to catch that.
>>
>>29419848
Only when you get it. I hope you and Ohio make states 9 and 10, maybe we can make this into a whole movement and have all the non-cuck states go full freedom.
>>
>>29419887
At work. LOL
>>
>>29418617
In the highly improbable event that happens I will shit my pants.
>>
>>29417484
It will happen soon. Just get out and vote next election and if we hold the Senate and the assembly Asm. Wheeler says he can get it out of committee.
>>
>>29416628
TN and MS are considering. We can hope.
>>

Denton or Lewisville?

I only ask because I worked at the Lewisville location for a few years.

>I rarely washed my hands, and my junkie/illegal employees never washed theirs

Looked more into it, it doesn't seem to be that exact bill you were talking about but it leaves little interpretation otherwise.

>removes phrasing permitting restriction of carrying arms to simply say "shall not be infringed"
