2 more and we'll be at 20% of the country.

"Constitutional carry" is such a retarded idea. The point of the Bill of Rights is that it prevents governments from making laws that infringe on freedoms. If a state doesn't want to infringe on freedoms, it just needs to not pass any shitty laws. Passing a pointless law and calling it "constitutional carry" is just political grandstanding.

I am sure you know what when you file for your NFA items when not using a trust your CLE has to sign off on the paperwork before you can file. We had a problem with Lib CLE's holding the paper work indefinitely without cause. So we passed a law saying if a person is not restricted from owning a firearm the CLE must sign off within 30 days.
Same with CCW Permits. 30 days must issue. It is unlawful for them to ask for a reason as to why you want the permit.
