AK 103/104s, or AKMs if I could get away with it, Id like AK107/108s, but Im sure that would make the logistics foot print bigger and more of a pain in the ass. PKP Pechenegs for MGs, and those Tigr sporting rifles that are accurized SVDs for DMs. For pistols I would just get Glocks; I know there are a ton floating around and theyre good enough.
I think above all, the logistics foot print rather than the equipment itself would compromise you rather than the equipment. All in I would say if youre operating with that level of secrecy looking similar enough to whoever is around you is more valuable than having marginally better kit.
