Maybe in the Bosnian war, some either NATO or UN fags got chained to bridges and thus saved the bridges from being bombed.
There was a NATO pilot running across Bosnia too and got rescued.

The serb air defense was old shit from the 50s and 60s and was no match to NATO and US air power, the russians didnt deliver them anything good, like s-300 which serbs desperately want now.
Would have been interesting if they had it, maybe there would be more ground engagements if they did.

Serbs had good air defense assets, a lot of equipment was bought in the 80s its just that it was poorly maintained. You have to understand by '99 Belgrade was like the niggerest block in Detroit, the country was broke.
