There's good and bad about it. Good: it's a decent rifle - reliable, accurate, takes STANAG mags... Bad: nothing serious, but the ergonomics could be better - high profile, one or two uncomfortable features...

A few years ago, I've had the opportunity to fire the actual ARX160 in its select fire version in a gun shop with its own firing range in France. It wouldn't cycle by itself and I had to pull the bolt manually everytime I wanted to shoot. The instructor/sales guy was confused, told me he didn't understand because people shot it yesterday without issues, and that it was brand new. He got me another one, I was able to shoot a few bursts, and then nothing. The gun wouldn't fire anymore no matter what we did. The guy took the two rifles away, blamed me for being a "black cat" and tried to disassemble one. He couldn't separate the upper and lower.
The owner of the shop went by and asked me if everything was okay, I told him what happened, he went to see the sales guy and was furious, telling him not to try to fix anything himself, that he had signed papers attesting that the guns were in working order, that this was a scandal and that he would send them back to the importer.
Take that however you want.

They're ok. Had a chance to rent one at my local range. It was as accurate as my ar build. The trigger felt pretty light, but I think the range must have switched for an aftermarket trigger, or did some tweaking to it. The ambi ejection was nice since I'm a lefty. The quick change barrel seems neat, though I didn't get a chance to disassemble it. That also means I didn't get a chance to see how easy it is to field strip and clean.
Went through 200 rounds with only 1 ftf. It looked like it was cleaned right before I got a chance to shoot, so not sure if that's a good measure for reliability.
All in all it seems like an ok rifle. Nothing revolutionary, but a solid choice otherwise. If I ever have some excess cash laying on hand after my list of guns to get is finally completed, I might pick one up for the novelty of it.

ive held a CA legal one at a local fun shop, it was bulky and i wasnt able to fuck around with the mag release or anything, but for its size it was surprisingly light. From what ive seen it has some cool features but ive also seen some bad reviews from a lot of big youtubers.

As a kid my dad had an M9 and that was my first experience firing a weapon, from my memory it worked really well and didnt jam anywhere near as much as our glawk, unfortunately we had to suicide proof our house and had our guns taken
