In international waters, sure, nobody is going to stop you unless you take pot shots at other vessels.
If you get caught for whatever reason in another country's territorial zone, you're probably fucked though. I don't know how far you're going, but I wouldn't want the Indonesian Navy to discover I have a couple ARs on board.
