If you live in the Netherlands like me, check this out. You can buy antique 12 gauge shotguns for €600. Even a Kropatschek rifle (1886), which interestingly enough has a 8 round tubular magazine. Since these classified as 'vrije wapens' you don't need a license for it.

So your rough odds are 1/300.
