EU kikes banned death sentence. Also death sentence is easy way out when comes to life without parole. Generally death sentence is expensive as fuck if it's done like in countries that have rule of law and human rights.
Prisoner on death row is more expensive than prisoner general population. Trial costs are way more expensive if prosecution seeks for death penalty. If it's death penalty case, they don't expert testimonies from regular coroners or other experts, but from best ones in the country or the world. There are automatic appeal, even if convict will oppose said appeal.

If and when the people responsible are captured they will be. The problem isn't that The Hague and the international criminal tribunals don't care, it's about international responses and tactics used to deal with radicalized and militarized Islamists. We're taking them out with air and drone strikes not taking them to court. If we were to send SOF in to capture them, they'd see an indictment and punishment handed down.
Though I believe that the prison treatment that will be given to Karadzic is too soft for these monsters. It may very well be too soft for Karadzic as well. We don't want Islamic extremists converting other prisoners as well.

The Bosnian war, was the most disgusting war maybe ever to happen in modern history. And it can easily compare with WW 2, based on how grotesque all of the crimes were. There was everything, from all sides. Concentration camps all around, Godfathers were made to rape there godchildren, and in Bosnia, a Godfather is everything, more important then a father. "God in the sky, godfather on the earth". Croats loved to impale us and the muslims on wooden steak, there is the wonderfull Bratunac incident, a Serbian village where the muslims cooked Serbian children in owens, while they were alive. We killed, we were the best of all of them, but we killed a lot. Srebrenica is a fucking joke, Alija let us take it, it was the price of NATO intervention. Srebrnica was nothing special, many more villages suffered a worse faith. When you take it, you burn everything, you shoot everyone. You clear the building with a burst. You know what that means? Civilians don't exist. Dude the inhabited part of Ozren was village of Vozuca and when the battle started it was over in 4 minuts with the capture of Paljenik hill, the area was occupied in one day. I don't know who told you what but I do know about the battle and about the terrain. I was trained in infiltration and special operation there in 1999
