well first off most combat footage of arabs isnt of official arab militaries its of the millions of militias fightin in syria and iraq and obviously they arent very professional
but arabs still suck because even their militaries suck. their officers are all the cousins of those in power with no actual skill. their men are all conscripts from farming towns with no idea why they're fighting. their education system encourages memorization above all else, meaning they can memorize and execute plans but cant actually think what to do when the plans screw up. their services all compete for funding and hate each other so they basically dont work together at all. their equipment might be flashy but they dont maintain it and cant really use it since they lack both training and the mindset of the people the weapons were designed for. fundamentally in arab culture, the only way to really trust someone is if they are part of your family. this means everyone in the officer corps and up essentially cant follow an order as they cant tell if its for real of someone is just trying to screw them over, which neatly leads me to my next point. everyone in the higher command staff is much more dedicated to their career than winning war, they will never admit failure so when shit fucks up they just find a scapegoat and nothing changes.
overall arabic society simply lacks some of the developments and ideals to create a competent military force. they have never won a war against non arabs since world war 2, and the only competent arab military force in recent years has been the one with the least regard for human life and the most insanity. none of this is helped by the corruption endemic to all arab governments and how their populations hate them. basically, arabs are a bunhc of jackasses.

A militia is a non-professional fighting force, you dumb idiot, IE any group of fucktards that picks up weapons and decides they innawar now, IE most combatants in the Middle East, Eastern Europe etc.
So no, by definition a guy with a deer rifle who knows how to move silently is not "the real militia." Is that one man probably more effective and dangerous than a lot of militias? Probably.
But most dipshits we all point at and laugh in threads like this are on par with militia forcea the world over.
