Are there any rifles out there like a Martini-Henry that fire a modern cartridge?
>>
There are quite a few Martini rifles in .22lr and .410.

Martini-Enfield rifles are in .303 and will handle safely the relatively mild commercial ammo of today so long as it's in good and proper condition (as in get a gunsmith to check it).

Winchester 1886's are still in production and can be had in a fairly wide array of "modern" calibers as well as a few of its originals.

well the brass for the martini can be made with brass 20 gauge shells so i cant see any reason why it cant be made into a 20 gauge shotgun.

Why Pedersoli is not making replicas of them?
They make Springfield Trapdoor so why no Martini

I would think a copy in a modern caliber would sell.
Closest gun we have to the Martini today is the Ruger No. 1.

You can get Peabody-martini replicas but they're not cheap.
