are suicide bombers the most dangerous urban weapon?
how do you stop a man that wants to die? can't specialists from the military 'see' and profile on the spot people who might wear suicide vests, detonators?
>>
>>29348502
you dont have to wear a vest in order to explode anon.

>can't specialists from the military 'see' and profile on the spot people who might wear suicide vests, detonators?

sure but not an airports worth of foot traffic
>>
>>29348502
We wouldn't have this problem if we had been more tolerant
>>
>>29348502
>are suicide bombers the most dangerous urban weapon
A suicide bomber is only good for one go.
An alcoholic Irish Papist lasts forever or until his liver gives out.
>>
>how do you stop a man that wants to die? can't specialists from the military 'see' and profile on the spot people who might wear suicide vests, detonators?

How the shit do you spot a person with a large bag at an airport or train station?
>>
>>29348544
>we wouldn't have this problem if we didn't have a capricious general public who don't have the will to stick it out in the Middle East- and Afghanistan- and drag them kicking and screaming into the 21st century.
Fixed that for you.

I know you were kidding but that's our real problem. Seriously the biggest problems with our invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq is that the American public was never going to have the political will to stick around for a few decades and actually get those countries up and running.
>>
>>29348577
>>29348529
so they are winning at the moment...
what do we do? europe is going down..

sorry for thinly veiled /pol/ thread.
>>
>>29348599
>American public was never going to have the political will to stick around for a few decades and actually get those countries up and running.

Nope, and each few years young people get more leftist and anti war. I kinda wish we enforced some form of censorship when it came to war and what the public can know about the military.
>>
>>29348613
>europe is going down..
And there's no stopping it; they're a sinking ship that's too far gone to save. Best we can do is to continue being the assholes of the world and protect ourselves.

Lrn2 VIETNAM the post.
>>
>>29348723
I'm aware that was the problem in Vietnam as well.
>>
I'd get myself a defensive suicide vest. The second guy was actually shot at by airport police so he had no choice but to defensively blow himself up.
>>
>>29348502
>how do you stop a man that wants to die?

You oblige him.
>>
>>29348502
they laugh a lot. i shit you not.
>>
>>29348502
most dangerous? I don't think so. Suicide bombers have no real function besides dedication to the cause, otherwise they'd be doing something useful. The ones doing the recruiting and promoting their propaganda are the real dangerous ones.

Vietnam had 10 times as many killed as OEF-A and OIF.

The US was much nastier in Vietnam than in Iraq or Afghanistan. The kebabs got treated with kid gloves the whole time. Every time the US fights a war it gets softer and softer on the enemy.

Maybe it's related that every war has the natives having worse views of the US.

> Germany and Japan, we fucked their country up, burnt it to the ground. The Germans and Japanese all love us because we saved them from starvation and rebuilt their country.

> Vietnam, limits on where we could bombs, limits on where we could go, no ground troops in North. The Vietnamese hated us until they remembered they hate the Chinese more.

> Kebabistan. you all know the drill about what happened. Kebabs hate us a fucking ton despite all the hearts and minds shit.
>>
>>29348800
Nah, Vietnam's antiwar movement was backed by the KGB. I'm not even kidding. This one, however, is being backed by whining millenials and their communist ideology.
>>
>>29348599
>stick around for a few decades and actually get those countries up and running.
What, like we did after Versailles?
Until the CIA decided, "Nah, we want something with more pizzazz"
>>
>>29348502
Not really, it all depends on where they are and the contents of their loads. However, they're very effective in psychological warfare.
>>
>>29349113
What about Versailles?

Germany needed zero help after WW1, the war wasn't fought on their country, they had no infrastructure damage, no ruined countryside, no wrecked factories, just a bunch of dead people. Some high-impact fucking will get that sorted out pretty quick.

All the shit that happened to Germany after WW1 was because they fucked their own economy on purpose to shirk out of having to help the French and Belgians rebuild their actually ruined country.
>>
>>29349112
Which is still probably part of a KGB plan
>>
>>29348613
who cares about europe lmao

call me when islam al-kebabar starts detonating backpack bombs on the west coast.
>>
>>29349112
>whining millenials and their communist ideology.
You could almost say that communism's original goal is still alive and well. All it was ever really supposed to do was to infect the minds of malcontents that don't know shit about politics..and we have a huge population of young people that are communists, for all intents and purposes.
>>
>>29349148
It supposedly is.
>>
Hey remember how Obama goes on TV and cries and tries to ban guns every fucking shooting and how he goes on TV and cries about Mike Brown and Traytray?

Today he went to a baseball game in Cuba and said if he didn't then the terrorists win
>>
>>29349192
I stopped giving a shit about him years ago. He's such a fucking joke.
>>
>>29349148

>>29349185
Indeed. What angers me more is that we have lost the culture war with the Soviet Union. If only we had followed Patton's plan to finish the Soviets after we won the European Theatre, would we have prevented such an awful influence in the future
>>
>>29349143
Actually, they had a civil war in 1918 against the Communists and the Jews.
>>
>>29349192
'mirin that sexy colorway on that suit of his

the big networks basically assemble their story lineup with the approval of the state already.
>>
>>29348502
>are suicide bombers the most dangerous urban weapon?
possibly, yes.
>how do you stop a man that wants to die?
kill him before he kills others
>can't specialists from the military 'see' and profile on the spot people who might wear suicide vests, detonators?
people aren't psychic nor can they accurately predict a specific future (yet). unless you endorse profiling or have a perfectly homogeneous culture with little strife there will always be extremists willing to kill to push their agenda onto others.

sanders supporters for example.
>>
>>29349342
Revolution != civil war

There were no field battles, not even particularly large gunfights.

The revolution did no damage to Germany's infrastructure.
>>
>>29349143
Yemen or Iran.
What's the point investing time into getting countries in functional order when in after a few decades we'll decide we don't like their attitude towards petroleum and coup their shit.

You can still find interviews and lectures of the guy on youtube. How the USSR planted people in various positions of power and institutions of higher learning to indoctrinate American youth and slowly begin to sway the public father left with each generation.
>>
>>29349484
Oh, I've seen the documentaries. It was very interesting.

He is a fucking disgrace.
