The US uses UCP and a couple of its variations (dyed), multicam, marpat, cadpat, ACU, I'm fairly certain kryptec (in very limited numbers), plus older shit like choco chip and woodland.
To my knowledge the specops guys pretty must use whatever the fuck they want.
