Thanks to kitchen remodeling, the house gun locker is now in my room. Most of the ammo is still in the garage, but the "lucky bags" of ready emergency ammo are still stashed with the guns inside, at least 30-40 rounds per weapon minimum, usually a lot more. Got four bolt-action rifles in 7.62mm or 7.92mm, a .22 semi-auto rifle, an SKS, a Glock and XD in 9mm, and a CZ in 9x18 at the ready. The living quarters of the house are separated from the entryway by a long hallway/choke point that gives a good, if not great field of fire and the ability to mow the fuckers down at range. I've also got some body armor, a few mallninja-tier swords, a couple bokken, some knives, and a couple of fucking boomerangs straight from Ausfailia (Christmas present a few years back).
The biggest headache will be the home insurance, repairs, and of course the neighbor's insurance (lucky the house is empty and up for sale) because holy fuck most of my lucky bags are full of steel-core FMJ, and my walls are fairly thin.
And the blood. That shit's gonna leave a mark on my fucking hardwood floor, I just know it.

Honestly, Trump is like Hitler in that he realized that he realized that you have to focus your message on the proletariat instead of the bourgeois. Hitler had some excellent observations on the subject. He basically argued that the reason Nationalist parties had failed to get mainstream traction in Germany was because their message was too fragmented, and it was meant to appeal to people who mostly already agreed with them instead of appealing directly to the people that were at the time best spoken for by the left. That is to say, the working class poor. Hitler basically ignored people that were already sympathetic to the right wing, and focused his message on people that previously had gravitated to the left, because only the left acknowledged their struggles as being valid.
Not that any of Trump's opponents on the left are going to be able to articulate this, because none of them have ever actually bothered to read Mein Kampf. It also says nothing about his actual policies, only the way he chooses to package his message.
