Hey fellas, I'm the anon who posted the combination of urban T camo and Berlin Brigade camo from a week or two ago. Well, I did some reading on US4CES camo and Guy Cramer's philosophies, and I determined that my pattern was seriously lacking. I've made a number of changes to the existing pattern, and I don't have access to any sort of the camouflage algorithms that are used these days, but here's what I came up with.
Also, I'll be posting under a trip for this thread in further posts.

I prefer the smoother edge ones purely because aesthetics. I imagine that has better camo properties though.

Well that's the big issue, it's no better than my current one without anything to load it with, even if every country in europe uses NATO standard. I don;t know enough about sniffer dogs, I know they can be dual trained to indicate powder but how common are they if customs is mainly concerned with drugs. If I can get brass in, i can get anything in.

Nah I'm looking closer to home for those pieces. The last thing I want to do is risk someone else for it, and the only way to test these things is to actually do it. Everything from america has to be flown, but things from europe have flexibility and a lower transport cost. I'd get larger pieces from america if necessary because I want the working item for myself and because I don;t think anywhere here allows anything above semi.

>>
>>29292326
Your best bet would be a really high quality factory new brass, despite the higher price. Better to spend a little more and get stuff that you can reload 12+ times than have to ship more in.

I'd go with lapua or norma, with starline as minimum.

How you would get primers, powder, and *actual* equipment is beyond me. All I can think of now that wouldn't be to hard to ship is a lee loader. They're cheap and small, but slow. Despite the price, they can load semi-match grade stuff just fine.

I have one in 6.5x55 swede that I got when I was 14 with my first rifle, and it's worked fantastic even with my shitty loads of wood-tipped blank ammo that I pulled apart and replaced the powder/projectile.

Is she a .223/5.56? Or a russian girl?

>>29292449
There's more of a risk doing that than what I'm doing here, both of falling victim of a sting or getting robbed. Besides which local availability is shotguns, handguns and sub-machine pistols (an uzi would be nice) with three rounds in them if you're lucky. No, much better to figure something else out.

>>29292469
I wasn't giving serious consideration to reloading my own due to the difficulties you've pointed out. The early models were 7.62, but they switched straight to 5.56. Since we still use that pan-Europe I wouldn;t bother getting anything in a soviet caliber, unless their 9mm is interchangeable.

Why are the pants so much more expensive? I got them really cheap (got lucky) but all the others I find are expensive as fuck.

Anyways pants are nice, fits over DCU trousers nicely, leg sleeves zip so you can put them on and off while wearing boots.

Excited to use this suit in the rain this summer.

I know NE has modox on sale, and I think the preorder start shipping the 28th.

If trllz got stopped by customs I'd be cautious who you buy from, seems like customs is cracking down. Poor trllz too he had a good thing going!

The BARS supplier on eBay seems pretty good, and he doesn't have bad feedback or any notes about custom issues, just be weary you risk losing your garments to customs, alternatively you could order from the eastern European countries, I know a few guys on eBay are from a few of those countries.

You look for the "Ask the Seller a Question" button on the listing and ask for a picture. ;^)
>>
>>29305737
Not on ebay; website with no easy way to contact the seller, was just wondering if there was any visible indication other than the tag.

>;^)
Is there some listing I should know about?

Got a good haul at the Indy gun show today.
>Tropentarn shirt, $10
>4 AR mag pouches, $2 each
>2 bakelite AK grips, $5 each
>Korean 20rd AK mag, $10

So now I have four 20rd AK mags, all Korean. Pic related is them in the new chest rig setup using the mag pouches I got.

Nah. There was a jacket up, going for $90 a little bit ago, I don't know if it sold or not, though.

From what I've heard, the colors bleed over each other.

That doesn't actually look half bad.

To make the molle pouches more secure you should skip the top loop and lace the loop above the snap. That way if the snap should let go you'll still have the tension between the strap and loop to hold the pouch in place.

Which one of you faggots owns Old Republic Enterprises, based out of Keystone Heights, Florida? I know its one of you fuckers. You have any of the reproduction rhodie shorts left that I can swing by and pick up at your shop?

The Hungarian AKs are pretty neat looking. Though, I always thought the grip under the forend looked goofy. Is it possible to mount the grip the other way?

>>29306629
Their repros aren't that spectacular. They also charge way too much, you're better off buying a legit piece for ~$50 more.

You won't be able to load or unload the magazine from the gun because it'd be in the way.
