Taurus
Ripped off
>$350 lesson on doing homework before buying.

On the assumption that this thread isn't subtle bait, no you weren't ripped of. That being said, it wouldn't be my first choice of firearm. You could have saved up a little but more and gotten something a bit more worth it.
The gun should be fine, though.

Okay I just wanted something in case all the /pol/ shitposters are right. The Black Lives Matter people could start browsing /fit/ and become gorilla mode.
How about this one? Im thinking about getting a new glove box gun
>>29258789
That's pretty close if you bought it in person, but you could've got a trade-in Glock 22 or M&P for the same price, which is a MUCH better choice.
>>29258789
would have been better off buying a Hi-Point

nooooo never
>>29258789
It's a decent deal
>>29259756
>nogunz buying into the Taurus is shit meme
>>29258789
Good luck, anon. A PT24/7 in 45 was one of my first guns and after a year of owning it I still never had it get through a full magazine without failing. I eventually dumped it for a little over $100 and started buying real guns.

This

PT24/7 are notoriously bad. You dun goofed.
>>29261639
That was over 12 years ago... Couldn't exactly hop online and see what people thought about taurus back then, unless it was an AOL chatroom.

>That was over 12 years ago...
In which case, what happened to your gun may or may not reflect the state of Taurus right now.

I have a 9mm Taurus PT 24/7 OSS It has about 8K rounds thru it. Never given me any trouble. Fires accurately and every time. It is not my only pistol but I have it as a response pistol in my bedroom. The other response pistol is a S&W 9L with TFO sights. It may not be the absolute best pistol but it's not terrible. As a conclusion any gun is better than NoGuns.
>>29261675
No it wasn't. It was in 2013, and the pistols are still shit.
24/7 isn't great in .45, I had one and it wasnot accurate and was never reliable. For a range toy it's OK but if you want to trust it with your life make sure it's not a dud
>>29258812
That was one sentence. What the fuck?
>>29261854
10k rouds through my pt111 pro 9mm with maybe 10 misfires. I still trust it as my cc far more than my M&P. The taurus sucks meme is made up by faggots who hate that a 365$ gun performs better than their precious 6-900$ peice of shit. Also lifetime warranty. Eat a dick
>>29258789
Yeah man, if you payed for a Taurus firearm you got ripped off.
