He was looking, but he also just kinda strolled into the line of fire. Take a quick peak, minimize your exposure if possible, if you take fire or see a contact, throw something that goes bang inside. If you've nothing that explodes or obscures vision, avoid, or try for a different entry.
If you have to clear him out, then have your rifle up and ready, take it slow, pie the corner, and just keep as much of yourself behind the wall while you do it, with some lucky you'll get him first, or he'll pull off the corner when he takes fire.
Urban combat is fucking madness, just blow everything up and hope for the best.
