What's this stuff? Is it a HAM radio? I found a bunch of helmets and an antenna with it next to my apartment complex garbage. It has a bunch of batteries and cables too. Sorry for shit lighting. I think it's an old tank crew radio system.

Hold on give me a second.
This is the antenna.
The battery still has charge in it and can be recharged according the instructions on the side.
It also had a ton of these small battery things.
Bunch of wires.
Battery instructions.

Damn. Quite expensive stuff.
Of course, the stuff I have is worn to crap, but I'll see if I can do something with it as a hobby electronics project or something.

They fit into asip radios and vehicle mounts.
Never heard anyone using a cvc for individual radios. They also had one for the dismounts thats basically a peltor but a shitty version of it.
Are you looking for a radio headset get a 3m peltor.

I'll take it to a radio specialist and see what they'd do with it, besides buy it.
What does it actually do for radios? I'm going to have to do some research myself. I thought it was a military ham radio.

Maybe for a hobby, considered it before. I took a radiotechnian class in highschool and I need to find the book. Might be fun.
