Not older ones. I have an older PTR when they were built under the JLD Enterprises name. I'm not at home but I think the stamp on it is 2006, so just after the AWB expired and they were cranking out ones with previously "banned" features. So mine has a wide handguard and muzzle device, just not paddle release. And I haven't bothered to put one on it.
