Hey OP considering that it is a real police truncheon of old design it might be worth a little money. You should sell that to the United States through armslist or gunbroker, take pictures of any machined markings especially dates so that it can be appraised, do not ruin the wood finish and treat it well. This is a piece of history that a collector would be happy to own and happier to pay for.
