I know that feel bro. Certain situations make me nervous as well including going to the funstore. I would recommend something called phenibut. It's legal and is used in Russia as a treatment for social anxiety. Don't use it all the time though because you build a tolerance quickly and need more for it to become effective. Also if you take it too long you will have bad withdrawals when you get off of it. It's really good though for occasional use when you need to contain your spaghetti, like a job interview or a social event or a visit to the fun store. Another thing that helps me is Adderall which I find gives me a little extra drive to be more social and less prone to being anxious. Besides drugs I would say just going to the gunstore more often and exposing yourself to the situations that make you uncomfortable. That's helped me the most. Good luck m8

6'4" 160... that's your problem right there. I literally was you 5 years ago. I'm 6'4" and 235ish at 12% now. I'm not ripped, but I'm not skinny fat and I'm far from pudgy. Get into training. Your height plus some size will make your social life, with men and especially women, a whole heck of a lot easier. Trust me on this one. It changed the kinds of women I had access to, it improved my mood, it improved my performance at work and helped my career. Getting in shape literally made me a better person.
