So /k/, what are you gonna do with your refund? I can't decide between these three. All good-ish for lefties. In a decent caliber for range stuff. Finally all are from well known manufacturers.

JERICHO!!!!!
Seriously dude.
They're really fuckin' nice.

I rented once and decided to buy.

I have not decided on a new carry gun yet. Maybe a Glock 43, maybe a 9mm Shield. I'd also like to get a Glock 17. Rest goes into savings.

Which should I get, a CZ 75(can find for around 500's on grabagun) or a Jericho? Don't own a 9mm yet.

Gonna get a nugget carbine for meme reasons and something for CC. Suggestions welcome for the CC, my only handgun right now is a VP9 so something in 9x19 would be nice for ammo sharing reasons but it's not a dealbreaker if it's in another caliber.

Would be planning for more but I decided to be responsible and pay off my credit card and an extra payment on my student loans. Such is life as an adult; unfortunately can't spend all my money on new toys.

without even arguing about high bore axis or any other inherent problems with it, saying that they lowered the quality of steel to "western standards" is retarded. Most steel made in the US, and on guns no less, is as good or outshines euro steel any day.

>>28899052
I never understood the USP mags/capacity.

Fullsize:
9 - 15
40 - 13
45 - 12

Compact
9 - 13
40 - 12
45 - 8

how the fuck do you loose 4 .45 rounds in less than a half inch?

How can you not fit 17 rounds into a fullsize 9mm that is taller than a G17?

honestly seems like the only ones worth getting are the USP40C and the USP45T
>>
>>28899052
thats a pretty sweet stainless slide
where did you go for the deal?

>>28899111
maybe because the G17 is made of thin as fuck polymer and isnt made to handle abuse like the full size USP? that much i know but yeah it is kind of weird that the compact loses that much capacity in .45, which is why it would only make sense to buy a full size

i also know .40 is a subpar caliber and no one should buy anything chambered for it

I fucken loved my LCR. As far as snubbies go it is the best and was my pocket carry for a year before I got a hell of a deal on a Kahr pm9 with tritium. The LCR is nice and light and the polymer really helps with the recoil. The trigger is one of the better triggers on snubbies, its non stacking and pretty smooth but a long reset. I had a xs tritium dot on minr and loved it but some people prefer the crimson trace. Also I'm not really recoil sensitive but take my word for it and carry 38 +p not 357 magnums.

Yeah the .380 is a joke, it was way too small. I was doing like 8'' groups at 7yds. Meanwhile I'm doing 3'' at 20yds w the G17

G20 is not going to be a daily carry but I would some situations and looking for input on what she's like.

It fits into G17 holsters (snugly, sure, but it fits). You probably won't notice the extra weight. I was wondering if you were searching for a daily carry b/c of the "only pistol" comment.
Otherwise get one you won't be disappointed. Also something you may learn, the whole "10MM ZOMG RECOIL" meme is possibly the dumbest meme still floating around. Even the real heavy stuff isn't bad

>>
>>28901173
Yep either carhart jeans or whatever shorts with belt loops I have. For those thinking about thickness for carrying, as long as you buy larger clothes you biggest issue is going to be either your belt or your holster. I am the same guy who carries a 1911 or a M&p(oldfag lurker who still doesn't fully understand the thread no. System). My biggest issue with carrying iwb was my belt. I tried a few cheap belts and they sucked, so I found a ares ranger belt on sale and never wore another carry belt. You don't need one so beefy but make sure it isn't a Walmart belt or some other shit. Also most iwb holsters will keep a gun from printing unless you wear skintight shirts so thickness is only really a comfort issue. BTW I'm 5'8" and 180lbs so I'd say I'm average and squishy.
>>
>>28901458
if the magazines were cheaper it would be good
as it is it's solidly mediocre
>>
>>28901458
I do not own one but have shot them. As far as FN is concerned my stance is they are really nice guns but they do not have as much over Smith, Springfield, and glock as their price suggests.
>>
>>28901417
I figured it was pretty meme and more of a grip thickness issue for women
I have big hands anyway
>>28901562
I have a good enough belt for a G17
Friend dailies a 19 in jeans and a shirt and I don't even notice it. Appendix carry.
I'm not worried about printing really. Everyone carries here, OC too. Usually have a long jacket anyway, cold up here
>>
>>28901796
I'm 5'9 and 155 lbs, what some here would consider a borderline manlet skellyton. I have zero problems with recoil so I wonder how even women have an issue with it.
>>
Ima finally gonna get my CMP Garand
>>
>>28898152
P250 is absolute GARBAGE. My brother had one and the sear from the trigger to the hammer broke after maybe 500 rounds. Nobody could shoot that POS accurately either due to the hilariously awful DAO trigger. Trigger had to have been like 15lb, your finger was tired after two mags.

Current CC is a G43, but like you I also would like to eventually pick up a metal subcompact as well. I've heard great things from 2075 owners, but I also love the looks of the Sig 938 as well; those are probably the two I'd end up having to choose between.

Only real gripe I've heard about the 938 is price and the sights are a little small for some, but that can be subjective.

Help /k/
Debating between AKM (preferably Krink, but WA state SBR acquisition is iffy), single stack 9mm, CMP garand or some platform for a vortex 2.5-10x scope I have lying around. Also thinking about going NFA... What do?

Currently own: 870, glock 19/34, ar15, tar21, several 22's and bolt actions... what do I need?

I'm gonna pick up a full sized handgun. I've been trying to learn on my G26 and it's been hard to work out the kinks with such a small handgun. Through suggestion and common sense I have determined that a full size, possibly metal frame handgun would be more consistent and easier to handle for a beginner and therefore easier to troubleshoot my flaws shooting.

I've wanted a CZ or a Sig for years. I've been thinking about picking up an old CZ-75b/bd service pistol for as cheap as possible and using it as a project to rebuild/restore. I don't really mind buying used as long as it's reliable and serviceable. I'm a DIY kind of guy and I like to customize things to my exact taste. I'd prefer an SP-01 but they're $$$$ and out of my price range.

Alternatively I've wanted to try out a Canik TP9. I really liked my friends Walthers and I heard the Canik is a really fairly priced clone of a Walter P99. The problem is once again availability... I haven't even seen one at a gun show yet (gonna look again next weekend) so I can't say I want to buy it without finger-fucking it first. New in case with goodies for <$350 seems like a decent deal as long as the finish quality of that specific firearm is good, wouldn't want to buy one sight unseen.

The other option is a used G17 with a cheap trigger job, sights and maybe an aftermarket barrel later down the road.

Advice? I need help sourcing cheap CZ's

WA is gay and from what I heard the ATF isn't issuing SBR for anything that isn't built in the state.

If you wanted to wait, maybe pick up a CMP 1911 service pistol when they come out? I thought about buying a 9mm 1911 but I don't know my elbow from my asshole regarding those firearms and most other single stack 9mm are basically pocket guns.

RE: AK, have you considered a new Kalashnikov? I've wanted to get one of my hands on them so badly. My buddy might pick one up and I'm excited to see how the new manufacture guns are.

Bullshit.
Mine's solid as a fucking rock.

Actually, my name's not Matt, and I got one because I rented one once and shot it better than my friends SIG.
I watched bebop after I'd rented it and it sealed the deal, though I don't have the decocker version because I don't like them.

Why in the flying fuck would you ever prefer that gigantic turd?
>>

Thanks for the recommendation Anon, I took a look at one at the pawn shop today along with a few others, felt very nice and looks to be the right size. I'm going to do some research and then probably head back on Monday and make a buy.

Damn place sold their only nugget this morning though, looks like I'll be getting that via the interbutts.

I have the first two. My jericho 45 is one of my favorite guns. I was skeptical about CZ based 45s after owning a CZ 97 and it being an absolute piece of shit. Got the Jericho brand new for $450 and immediately fell in love with it. I would easily pay $700 for that gun. It's one of the best bargain buys out there and I think IWI is working on rebuilding the Jericho brand so expect the price to go up once they start getting recognition.

>>28898164
It's a great gun, it's true. The DA trigger is atrocious, though.

Why raise the price though? Oh wait. Juden.
