PA has no laws regarding the transfer of long guns or shotguns. The only time it is illegal to sell a person a long arms is if you knowingly sell to them knowing they are not supposed to own a firearm (like if they are a felon). Unlicensed person only need to go through an FFL if they are transferring a handgun, SBR, or SBS. And even then they can bypass that if they are transferring to a family member.

Yes, private sale of long guns to out-of-state people is legal in PA. Of course, this comes with the prerequisite that the transferee is someone that you have no reason to suspect would be unable to posses a firearm anyways (ex: a felon).. This is also with the understanding the the firearm being transferred is not one that is unlawful to own in the tranferee's home state (ex: you can't sell a SpringField M1A to a Maryland resident who is in PA visiting, since the M1A is explicitly banned in their home state).
Of course, let me further urge everyone to heed to Creep's rule of no transfers done on the property. He's a great guy, and his rules deserve to be respected.

Correct, though it should be common sense for both parties involved. As much as I find the guns bans of my close neighboring state of MD to be bullshit, they must be adhered to... Remember, some states ban guns explicitly by name (and clones therefore of), and others by features. If you plan to sell a firearm to a resident of MD, NJ, or NY at this event (offsite of course), please exercise caution, and do your research.
For MD residents however, it is not unlawful to possess high-capacity magazines, but only to "receive" them in your state. If you want to load your MD brothers up with 30-drum-clips, I gladly condone this practice.

But that's not all, there's enough room on the property and the surrounding BLM land for horse back riding, dirt biking and hiking. Modern #2 (ULSD) Diesel does not have enough lubrication for the High pressure fuel pump and without the fuel lubricating it could potentially be damaged running straight modern diesel.

It needs an oil change (5 or 6 gallons of oil) 2 oil filters, New fuel filters (2x) and has 1 brake that has an intermittent issue with dragging.
It has had the brake dragging issue forever, might and or probably has to due with moisture contamination in the brake system.
The air tanks take forever to pump up as well but are fine once you get them pressurized.
