I would endanger the lives of the men around me if I bullshitted my way to serving in front line combat. No matter how much I train, how exceptionally I could possibly become, I'll never have the upper body strength and power to carry a full grown man with full gear strapped on him on my back through a hailstorm of bullets. I'll never have the explosive jumping power to leap over a wall in a deadly combat situation, my comrades who stop to help me and the ones I myself and unable to help would die because of my selfish dream to see combat.
The best I can hope for is an all out total guerrilla war scenario in which every man and women is required to fight (which is a stupid thing to hope for), or powered exoskeletons / robot bodies like ghost in the shell. But those are unrealistic too because by the time we use those in combat, they'll just be unmanned drones controlled by people miles away.
