You can bring any and all handguns to the state from another state. The official stance is you're supposed to FFL them to yourself or at least declare them to the CADOJ when you move here but nobody does that.
If I were you, bring as many off-list handguns to the state and sell them for a $200-300 markup. Its what people with connections out of the state are doing. For highly desired stuff, they can usually make about $1000 or more a month.
Sig P239's are selling for $1200. I'd be lieing if I said I didn't consider selling my handguns that fell off the roster for $300 more than I paid for them.

Yep, before they closed the "magazine parts kit" loophole, people could charge an extra $1-$2 per magazine to ship a "parts kit" instead of the whole magazine.

Got a few at my shop. It shoots just like a Mk3, feels just like it too. Trigger is decent, factory sights are better, and modularity and takedown are better. Hoping Ruger takes notes and improves the mk3 to compete because I fucking hate takedown on those things.
I want this gun so fucking bad. High build quality, adjustable integrally suppressed, holsterable, and looks like a goddamn space gun. Only complaint is the expected price tag, but it's about in line for a high quality pistol and a silencerco suppressor so I can't really complain too much.

Shot Show this year was pretty disappointing. There were a few cool things hear and there, but for the most part, nothing special.
The Cobalt Kinetic stuff was definitely interesting, and getting to shoot their new mag drop bolt release system was really cool. I feel like it needs a few redundancies and manual control, but even in its current iteration it worked well.
Surefire has a new Ryder MP5 model which was sweet, but not very many people use 3-lug mounts, so that will only be popular among smaller communities.
Battle Arms PDW lower was cool.
New STI and Agency Compensated guns are sweet. Didn't get a chance to shoot the STI, but the Agency shot like heaven. Excited to finally see a sight tracker glock, and it was definitely my favorite thing at SHOT.
Mega Arms' new 308 pattern was crazy lightweight.
SilencerCo's booth was fucking awesome, as usual, albeit a bit toasty on the first day. The Maxim 9 was also extremely sweet. Excited to see where it goes.
Daniel Defense has a new keymod hand guard that was comfy, and their Gen 2 ISR shot well(especially on full auto)
The stuff at the show itself was pretty mediocre, but the people are all awesome.
