Idaho, Wyoming and Montana are all pretty great, but these states are fucking COLD in the wintertime. Utah, Colorado and Nevada are more ideal, with Arizona being OK if you live at higher altitudes. Utah and Nevada are overall pretty sparse, and if you don't like Mormons or casinos, you won't be so happy in either of their major population centers. New Mexico is a shit-hole that shouldn't even be considered, due to all the Mexicans, who are more liberal than any white Democrat.
Really, Colorado SHOULD be the best gun state - there are still plenty of wild spaces where you should be able to do dispersed shooting <1 hour from Denver - but the liberalshits ruin it for the rest of us, like always.

I can't. Magazine bans literally mean that certain new guns can't be sold in the state because they don't have <15 round cuckmags available for them. For example, the Sig P320 full size 9mm pistols are simply not sold in Colorado gun stores, and instead people can only buy the P320 Compact 9mm, which has a 15 round magazine.

I just moved to Idaho after living all my life in southern commiefornia. "Cold" to me was sub 60 degrees.
Due to the fact there is no humidity in Boise, Idaho....it doesn't feel THAT cold.
I got used to it after about 2 weeks. I routinely walk outside in just a long sleeved shirt and pair of pants when it's in the low 30's.
Only 1 foot of snow here per year as well.

I've talked to people who've assured me that there are physically not enough vacant properties to accommodate the 150k people or so who move here annually, and that the rate of residential construction will not break even with the rate of immigration until 2025 if the trend continues to grow at its current rate.
Colorado has some of the highest costs of living outside of Manhattan and Los Angeles.
