Lloyd Burke. Makes Rambo look like a pansy.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lloyd_L._Burke
>"At Hill 200, Burke managed to kill over one-hundred men, decimate two mortar emplacements, and three machine-gun nests. For his actions, he was awarded the Medal of Honor at a White House ceremony on April 11, 1952."

Larry Thorne. That glorious Finnish bastard spent three wars and thirty years fighting Communism, even if by coincidence.
He's the kind of guy we all hope to be, in a way...
who's that guy who was stoned off of weed and held off an enemy attack with a m60 during the Vietnam war?
thought that was pretty operator level sense he was high.

Lauri Törni; Cross of Mannheim, an Iron Cross, a Bronze star, and a Purple heart. i'd gay him so hard.

Pity the fight cost him his life. No homo.
>>28485282

Sepp Allerberger
Simo Hayha was a 5'3 manlet but he was a good operator
>>28485541
No, Israelis.
The man in the front is Meir Har-Zion. Known by the local ethos as "the soldier that every man should strife his whole life to be like". He created and commanded several commando units that today are considered among the best in the world.
He is known in Israel as "one of the greatest soldiers that ever lived" or simply as "the best soldier in the IDF".
Tough being a humble man and a farmer for most of his, the hundreds of operations he participated in are a matter of legends and he has streets in every city named after him, as well as a mountain in his name.
>>28485633
"Good operator" is somewhat lightly said...
Otto Skorzeny
>>28485184
Is that a woman?
Honestly I'm not sure I care, but I guess I'd still like to know.
>>28485170
This handsome motherfucker.
Joined British commandos after Nazi invasion of Denmark.
From private to major in 4 years, leading commando/SBS raids, ultimately dying to complete his mission.
Victoria Cross, Military Cross & Two Bars
This guy was pretty good at removing Japs.
Do leaders still count as operators?
>>28485322

The greatest man to ever live.
If you don't share this you're not American. The statue is hand carved and is a monument for The legend
Olavi Alakulppi (1915 – 1990) was a Finnish cross country skier and a Knight of the Mannerheim Cross. Alakulppi served in all three of Finland's WWII conflicts: The Winter War (1939-40), The Continuation War (1941-44), and The Lapland War (1944-45). He advanced from sergeant to captain during the war. He received two Mannerheim Crosses (2nd Class) and two Crosses of Liberty. He also received the Iron Cross (2nd Class) of the German army during the war. After WWII Alakulppi moved to the U.S.A

A short man from Texas, a man of the wild.
"Mad Jack" Churchill. Last man to kill an enemy in combat with a longbow, was involved in Operation Archery, took a German observation post and 42 prisoners in Salerno, captured in the Adriatic and then escaped from Sachsenhausen. Not too shabby even if he did end up captured a couple times.
>>28485331
Kinda like that pitcher that threw a no-hitter on acid?
Remember kids, if you want to be an operator, eat your vegatables. -Mattv2099
No Brian chontosh?
No John ripley?
Where is my core?
>>28485717
This guy was a loose canon. Less operator more serial killer. Guess for the IDF that's heroic
>>28485170
He was wounded 14 times over 54 months of combat, was awarded the Medal of Honor, 8 Purple Hearts, 1 Distinguished Service Cross,[a] 1 Silver Star, and 4 Bronze Stars. He was nominated for the Medal of Honor three separate times. He did not receive either of the first two Medals of Honor he was nominated for because those actions were performed in countries where the U.S. was fighting covertly.
