What would happen if you fired a round out of an AR-15 Without a buffer Tube/spring in the Stock?
>>28440062
You'd have about as much recoil as a .222, which honestly isn't that much more.
>>28440107
would it bust the buffer tube
>>28440062
It would be extremely painful
>>28440216
you're a big guy
It wouldn't rechamber the next round, either.
>>28440062
Without the buffer tube the bolt would fly into your shoulder
>>28440062
Well shit, how would you chamber the round?
I guess you cold mash the forward assist.
>>28440216
For you
>>28440121
probably not. The BCG would wack into the back of the tube pretty hard, but I don't think it would break. Wouldn't try it with it shouldered though, just in case.

>go innarange with LaRue tactical custom build AR
>so fuckin hype
>check gun while there
>mark LaRue forgot the buffer system
>maybe it's just an improvement on the system, I mean, LaRue is perfect
>pull back charging handle
>start pushing forward assist to make sure it's in battery
>click click click click click
>done
>BANG
>BCG crashes through stock, hurting shoulder terribly, blood everywhere
>go to doctor
>we talk about injury, I tell him how it happened thanks to LaRue telling me I'm unworthy
>tells me my rifle might be bad
>IMPOSSIBLE, LARUE IS PERFECTION
>leave before he treats me
>post on arfcom about my new gun telling me I'm unworthy
