I've been planning on buying my first handgun for my 21st birthday and found the one I want, pic very related, but I can't find it in stock anywhere. how have you guys dealt with similar situations? Any sites you'd recommend or could I just ask a dealer to order it from a wholesaler somewhere?

Still, those things aren't bad. A former roommate had one and it was decent, although the controls were stiff as fuck and the TRS broke relatively early.

I bought a 10mm RIA 1911 for my first personally owned gun. Didn't make the most sense, but I was able to CC it until I picked up something more suited for it. I haven't shot it in forever, but I don't really regret it. Just expect to buy something more practical pretty quickly.
