where are they fighting...border of iraq and iran and the persian gulf. goals....the capture of the capital lets say for the hell of it. offensive i dunno honestly..lets say both of them. As far as guys running through southern most iraq to fight on the border...iraq isnt in much of a position to stop them in my opinon anyway.
