The most operator part of the Military that aren't SF seem to be the Royal Armoured Corps Recce regiments from the work they pull lately. Light Cavalry would be the best bet if you were to consider this.

Join the RAF regiment, they're basically honorary SAS. Its a well respected and disciplined outfit with high fitness and dress standards though, so make sure you're up to it.
