Which barrel length is best for a Single Action Army? Which do you prefer, both visually and functionally? 4.75in, 5.5in, or the full 7.5in?

6'' barrel is fine.

Whatever that is easiest to fit inside your jacket

The most noticeable differences are in balance, overall weight, sight radius length, and draw speed. The last one only matters if you're in cowboy action shooting (or you have to take out a guy who's aiming for your heart). Try out a bunch in the store, and see which one appeals to you the most. You're not going to see a huge performance difference in the long run, so stick to the one that you feel is best
4-3/4 because of The Duke but the 7-1/2 is pure sex.

Lucifer go home your gay
>not packing a 9.5 inch barrel.
It's almost 2016, come on.

Pretty much this. Personally, I like the feel of the 5.5, but the 7.5in looks so noice.

>9.5"
pfft, get on my level son.
4.75 because remove bandito
7.5 because remove Red Skin
5.5 is the middle child no one remembers
For looks I like 7.5", but for actual use I like the 5.5"

6" barrel doesn't exist.

I have one of each. I like shooting my 4 3/4 the most.
