An Enfield in good condition. It's a gem.
Missing the top handguards, or perhaps it's been bubba'd. Stock looks like it might have been sealed with some awful shit too.
Otherwise, probably a standard late war SMLE.

The chunk of metal attached to the safety would be the remains of a peep site base.
