Was Panzer Division Müncheberg the best german division of the war? You bet it was.

Tell me more about them.

They aren't these guys.
>formed on april/march 1945
>participated in the seellow heights defense
>fought the retreat towards berlin.
no it wasnt you retard. It was a mash up division. Just because they had delivered infrared scopes to the first company of each platoon doesnt make them super dupper.
Retard
Obviously the 7th Panzer Division was the Best one under Rommel and later under Manteufel. I wish americans had encountered them in full force

>It was a mash up division
that's the appeal
read a book abouth 6t panzer division.
with Erhald Raus.
he lead the advance in Russia and made it all the way to Moskva's outskirts
and the retreat back to Polen

they were usually outnumbered 12:1 and really felt the effective t34 and the kv's
How far they got with so inferior tank, harsh weather/terrain and outnumbered in every battle sounds unbelievable
ahem

This was the stupidest idea ever though.
>Hey Hans, lets put all our best and brightest tank officers in a division together and send them into battle
>But what happens when they die? Who replaces them? Who will teach our cadets their l33t panzer skillz?
>The Fuhrer has no time for such questions!

Better armor counts for shit when you don't have tactics and logistical support. Take for instance the early T34's didn't even have radios, you'd have to sit out the commander hatch and wave flags around hoping someone notices

Yeah? Well that's just... like your opinion, mann.
