If you plan on extensively using a bolt gun, you can't go wrong getting Mauser, they have a good track record and it's ok to abuse them somewhat. Enfields are still great, but don't come close to the record.

Shotgun: Auto-5, Winchester 1897 or an old Itacha
Shotguns are primarily for fun or hunting. These guns are good for either of those, Auto-5 being the best IMO. It is also classy and iconic as fuck.
If you want modern: Mossy 500 or a used Wichester 1200/1300
Bolt:
Tikka T3, Savage 10-series
.308 or 6.5mm
Tactical rifle:
Mid-tier AR or AK depending on your preference.
.22: 10/22 or CZ455/453
If I had to choose from what I got I'd take Auto-5, M/27 Finnmosin, SVD and CZ452.
