All holy cattle excrement aside, no they could not be imported as they are.
They would need to be demilled into parts kits to be imported.
But for some weird-ass reason the ATF won't let barrels from full auto guns be imported, so they would have to be cut up too.
It would likely take a few years from when they hit the market until companies start making and selling new barrels and recievers for them, but it would happen if people were interested enough.
Until then you'd have to make your own receivers, and machine barrels from blanks.

They're hexamine tablets typically used in simple little semi-disposable stamped steel stoves.
They're essentially little fuel tablets that burn for like 10 minutes each, enough yo boil about a pint of water.
You can used them in the special stove, or you can improvise by making a little ring of rocks and placing a fuel tablet in the middle, boom, you've built a stove.
One interesting thing about hexamine is that it can be turned into a primary explosive using common house-hold chemicals, but don't go googeling about that or buying hexamine tabs on ebay, because you'll probably end up on some kind of watch list.
