Honestly, an AK-type gun with rails and modern modular furniture and ambi controls would probably be one of the best rifles in the world, but the AK12 isn't it. The Galil ACE SHOULD have been it, but it feels like a cheap toy.

I wish the ak-12 wasn't so ugly. Most of the series look great. All the weird angles on this rifle just a shitty overall aesthetic. I'm not talking about performance, I'm not saying it's a shit rifle, I just don't like how it looks.

Literally not a problem on non-bullpups.

They do though sort of. The AK is obviously not designed with it in mind, but if you have fingers long enough to press the mag release with your right hand, the mag will drop out just as freely as an AR, as long as you're not pointing upwards.
