Didn't see one up, so here goes. Need a new pocket knife - budget is $30. Want an easy to re-sharpen steel, and I want something that's really thin, as my work uniform pants have tight pockets (not by choice) and I want to be able to reach into my pocket without fighting my knife every time. Any suggestions?
>$30 budget
at that point you're not getting anything quality anyways

He can get a Spyderco.

Idea is thin, cheap to replace, something that's going to get beat on pretty hard - thus I prefer a steel that's quick to sharpen over "long lasting and hard to sharpen".

or one of the spyderco byrds like the CaraCara2, that a endura for $20 on amazon.
Absolutely no question in my opinion- the Esee Zancudo is the best knife available within your stated needs.

that's a really good choice too. i got one for my girlfriends dad back in july, since he has never EDC'd a knife or anything really, and he loves it to death. He says its the best steak knife on earth.
i got him the brown/black one.

no, he washes it with the sterilizer fluid before he uses it for food.
Believe me, i was skeeved to hell and gone when he said that too. he now uses that A.G. Russell Woodswalker knife with the leather sheath or the other one he bought, since he discovered how much he likes EDC stuff and knives, for his steak knife at barbeque's.

it wasnt like that. her mom is the woman who can fuck up any edge on any blade in .000000000000003 of a second. he grilled some porterhouses went to cut it and the fucking edge was flatter than a 3 day old pepsi.
he figured that if green soap will clean up a tattoo shop, then it will clean his knife.
if anything he would OC a Browning Hi-Power.

Seriously, if you're just looking for an EDC knife, this thing is great and there's no point in spending a fortune unless you're one of those attention whore faggots that waves around their $300 folder.
