It's a magnificent rifle for the price that you pay for it. A K31 is brand new condition costs around 1500 Swiss Francs in Switzerland and it's still widely used for hunting and sports shooting.

They're extremely high-quality, free-floated barrels in an excellent cartridge which have all been bedded. No other milsurp has more reason to be accurate, and many have claimed well sub-moa results with them.

They're not perfect rifles by any means. Straight pull dramatically reduces extraction power and that's undeniable. This is why neck sizing for 7.5 Swiss is rarely successful.
It's also hardly cheap unless you count shitty beat up surplus. A K31 with original wood that hasn't been shit on is easily 700 USD.
However I think for what it is it's an amazing rifle. The charger clips work much more smoothly than stripper clips, accuracy and trigger are both pretty incredible to see, and the aftermarket parts available for things like clamp on diopter sights and optics mounts is significant.
