Rocket propelled grenades are powered by rockets, as such the accelerate along the way to the target, this can lead to much wandering of the shot hence why many are fin stabilised
Recoilless guns are guns with a large calibre shell that vents exhaust gasses to the rear, this counters recoil to some extent however they loose some shell velocity because of this
Guns are guns and all exhaust gasses leave the barrel meaning higher velocity but much higher recoil.
