absolute cheapest is the one that comes in the LPK. if a LPK is like $50 you have to figure that the FCG is cheap as fuck. if you mean an aftermarket one probably the QMS which is basically a nicer milspec FCG (not really worth it). PSA's defender LPK is pre-polished and you can get it for like $70 for the whole LPK.

If you shop around a little bit it's not too bad, as long as you don't go full arfcom and try to get an FC556 or pay 500 bucks for an FDE RIS II.
BCM is selling 14.5" uppers with either an M4 profile or SOCOM profile barrel for $440, $510 including a BCG and charging handle. Get one of those, a low profile gas block, and a decent rail and you've got a hell of a nice upper for not too much money.

Brownells might have all the individual components you need, but honestly it'd be easier to just get a standard LPK and keep everything as spares. Never hurts to have spares.
And the subsonic ballistic path is pretty arched, obviously, but the supersonic 300BLK is very similar to 7.62x39 from what I remember reading. Still not exactly a long range round, but it'll perform out to 5-600m just fine.

What I usually do is just go on Amazon and order an AR missing parts kit. It's around $12, ships prime, and has every roll pin you could need + the buffer retainer. As for the grip and trigger guard, those are completely dependent on your personal test.
