What is the closest gun to the Seburo M5 IRL?

Soviet Union PSM is gun the Seburo is based off. Even down to the 5.45x18 cartridge.

It appears to be a one-handed slide cocking lever, like on the Chink Type 77 or the Lignose Einhand. Though it wouldn't actually work, as the bottom part of the trigger guard is in the way.

I second this. Looks a little similar and the original GitS used CZ 100s. I just looked it up to verify and found it interesting that the CZ 100 and the first GitS movie came out in '95. But the grip looks a little like a Vektor CP-1.

Seburo had some slick bullpup designs. Everything Japan produces irl is either FAL or AR copies unfortunately, sci fi anime is likely the only place where they'll ever have distinctive and self-reliant arms industry.

For the Russians it was a tiny cartridge for concealed carry. In GitS it's higher power, more akin to 5.7

Slav 5.7, same cartridge length as 9x18 Mak, same caliber as AK74. It keeps the design logistics simple, and given the bottleneck, it looks like a miniature version of 7.62 Tokarev.

I am. It's okay. It can clearly get better and the fact that you're playing as these super cyborgs who in the show they're referencing can leap tall buildings in a single bound are stuck in-game with your standard movement set pisses me off.
The fact that they're using the English VA's for Stand Alone Complex for everyone makes my dick hard, and their financial model isn't P2W, so it's okay. It's fine. It's average, and it might get better. So it's a decent buy for $5 on Steam.
At least it's not fucking Blacklight: Retribution.

Bandai doesn't do shit with this IP, just ask /m/. You're lucky you got a video game at all, and that's the problem. Obsidian can be hired for a fucking song these days, if they wanted to throw a few million at them for an RPG, I'd pre-order that shit in a heartbeat.

Last I checked only The Major, Batou, The Chief and Tachikoma's are the original VAs. Everyone else is a generic Stand[spoiler]Alone[/spoiler].
