I'd get an SKS ammo is plentiful and in its stock configuration it's reliable. Avoid Yugo SKS because the gas system is a bad design. Alternatively if you are dead set on a pistol get a Canick TP9 I have not heard anything bad about them and my buddies seems amazing good for a 350 dollar pistol
