The Kraken awakes from its 500-year slumber and procedures to ravage global shipping. How do we stop it?

>>28094243
I wouldn't worry, as soon as the Japanese caught wind they would hunt, kill and eat it.
>>28094243
Let the kraken fuck up the sea shepherd sluts first.
Then call in the Japs.
>>28094243
>Stop it
Why? The stars are right. Don't you want to be eaten first?
Send captain Morgan after him
I always wanted that as a tattoo, mixed with some Japanese style artwork like pic related

Now that I think about it, that is a lot of cloth for a single cape. I wonder how much that thing weighs.

Nuclear strike.
simple, we go fishing.
>we get a an osprey
>1000 pounds of explosive
>heavy duty net and cable
>put a bunch of dead animals in the net with explosives
>drop the net into the ocean
>detonation device has wire strung down cable into net
>kracken eats net
>detonator is triggered
>helicopter is safe altitude away from explosion and kracken
>kracken is ether severely wounded or killed
>ether way will not, live much longer
>ship dead kracken to japan for sushi (i'd eat it)
>>28096570
It wouldn't be very visible, maybe a quarter sleeve or on my side. Perhaps ditch the entire Japanese aspect all together not sure....
Also, instead of the ship the kraken would be destroying the original narrows bridge since I grew up near by. It would be a giant pacific octopus, as the rumors go for the one that lives beneath the narrows bridge in the wreckage of the old one (Galloping Gertie) as engineering students may know it as, as you will have probably covered it in any classes where you learn about harmonics/resonance (this will trigger the truly autistics though)

Noice
Nigga what do you mean know more? Just google Galloping Gertie-- original Tacoma Narrows Bridge that collapsed in high winds as a result of resonance issues/vibration, widely studied on how to make it not happen in future construction projects. Collapse was pretty spectacular. Only loss of life was a dog
As far as the octopus part goes, that's always just been an urban legend in the Tacoma area and beyond, and not a partiality exciting one. I believe History actually did a monster quest on it. Nothing much to the story, doesn't attack boats or drag people down... Just sits and is a big octopus. Watching... Waiting...
No but really, nothing more to it than "there might be a giant octopus there"
>>28096729
looking it up now, and no bellinghamfag.

It was a tarp to cover the eva. She just pulled it off the ship and used it as a cape.
