Here's the last one I ordered, a VKT from 1942 built on a 1907 Izzy Receiver, no hand select, just 350 plus the 9 dollar shipping and 20 dollar ffl fee, not to bad.

And here's the other side, thought I'd pick up a hand select Sako to match it, last time these were up for sale they went in like 20 hours for all the rifles, even VKT's.
I'd recommend everyone against hand select because in my experience it doesn't change shit except your bank account but if it makes you feel better I'm not gonna stop you

I got an M39 at a gunshow and literally not 5 minutes after my purchase ($200 tax and all) one person offered me $450 for it and then someone else offered me $500. Not sure if they were "collectors" or if they were misinformed but I wasn't sure after that.

Not exactly related to Finish Mosins, but years ago I used to want to pick up an FN Fal on sites like these, and there was usually at least one or two FN versions in stock with all the furniture. Years later, when I finally got a good chunk of disposable income to spend on a FA one, I can't hardly find them anymore. Did Fals become really scarce in the last few years, or am I not looking in the right places?

Don't get me wrong, 5.45 is a nice flat shooting cheap caliber, I just prefer my 7.62 x 39 rifles due to the 3 billion magazines I have for them, and Golden Tiger does everything 7n6 does just on a larger scale.

There were actually quite a few m39s made, they arent very rare. They just were monopolized by one seller that was trickling them out.
115 91/30s wouldve been a better investments. Far more likely to see $250 91/30s than $800 m39s
