Ergonomics might be shit but I recall a test that said they could shoot with a 208 mechanically.

Based on my experience with them, most use a very sensitive microphone to pinpoint where a projectile rips through the paper covering the target. The target is hooked up to a computer which then processes this data and displays it on a screen for the shooter to see. Usually it'll tell you the exact point value that shot was worth (10.9 being the highest), your grouping, and what adjustments you may need to make. The target uses a scroll of paper to keep the target fresh for each shot.
